Shipping/Returns


Shipping: All orders are processed via PayPal or Snipe. We have no control over payment release.  Processing also includes processing items on our end. This includes packaging, applying any and all labels, printing paperwork etc. Orders selected for verification can not be shipped until the investigation is complete. We have no control over security procedures. All orders will ship within 1-10 business days depending on collection selected.

 All packages will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Standard shipping $19.00 (3-5 business days) Express $30.00 and up based on address (1-2 business days where available)  Standard shipping insurance only offers $100.00 of coverage. This does not cover any full purchase! Insurance can be purchased at an additional cost. This is listed under each product description. Please consider cover your package for only $6.00. We will only offer standard refunds on lost packages without the purchase of insurance. We will no longer offer replacement orders on lost packages.

We will no longer be responsible or replace any lost, damaged or stolen packages. To ensure full coverage insurance can be added to all orders at an additional cost. Please add the insurance option during checkout. 

We DO NOT ship any orders the same day. Please email us prior to purchasing for other shipping methods. Please note ALL packages will require a signature. Once delivered to the delivery service we have no control over any delays! Please note timeframe's listed are estimated. 

Local Pickup. This option is no longer available! Per PayPal policies all orders must be signed for (for both parties protection) with local delivery we have no way of obtaining any signatures. Because of this we will no longer offer local delivery. Effective January 1st, 2015

Return Policy. Due to federal guidelines, Covid-19 and the nature of our business we no longer accept any returns/exchanges on products that have been used/unwrapped/teased etc. Any product returned with signs of wear/use will be rejected. If you are unhappy with your product and would like to exchange it please contact us before returning for approval. Returns sent without approval will be rejected and returned to sender.

Restocking policy If you neglect to sign/pick up your purchase once it has been shipped you will be charged the shipping fee as well as $30.00 restocking fee. If you decide after your order has been shipped that you would like to change your origin or style you will be responsible for all shipping fees as well as a $20.00 restocking fee
